This very unique, one of a kind short stay accommodation with a mixture of Queen sized beds & single bunk beds, apartment offers 7 spacious yet, private bedrooms, all with different designs, lockable lockers for personal items as well as a kitchen, dining / lounge room, 3.5 bathrooms, shared within your private group. There is also an outdoor BBQ area with lounge style seating, then head up another set of stairs to the amazing rooftop decking area that looks directly down the mouth of Acland Street with very comfortable furniture perfect for relaxing day or night. It doesn't get much better than this when you need to cater for the whole family or a group of friends without booking multiple places with increased costs. Even though we sleep 20 people maximum, we can also cater for smaller groups from which the price is negotiable, but if you have a hens night, bucks night, golfing trip, race day, or any other event where you need to cater for the extended families or groups of friends, then we're the one for you!
Other Details to Note
There is plenty of street parking in the surrounding streets of Smith Street, Blessington Street or Mitford Street. Due to the mixed use of the entire bldg, including restaurants & commercial tenancies, sadly we cannot offer private parking with this apartment. The bed configuration is as follows; - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + 2 single beds in bunks - Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed - Bedroom 3 - 4 single beds in bunks - Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed - Bedroom 5 - Queen Bed - Bedroom 6 - Queen Bed - Bedroom 7 - 4 single beds in bunks We will contact the group prior to each checkin to confirm the above configurations.
